PBXact is available to qualified / certified entities only...

IC are the carrier and provide pre-installation service, consultancy for software installation and configuration,  training and software licences.

Support for the system is from your chosen partner or Sangoma directly.

Select a certified partner, your partners could provide:

  • On-site installation
  • User and admin training

All wrapped up into contracts as desired…

Your billing for calls, software and hosting is direct to IC but all other charges will be between you and your chosen partner.

Direct purchase

Get certified and self install / manage the solution in-house, prerequisites include:

  • Suitable technical staff
  • Attending training at Keele
  • Self managed network
  • Your own support staff for 1st line support - 2nd line support is separate and from Partner / Sangoma. 

Where you meet the above criteria you can purchase direct  and self install the system, this is primarily for the larger SME who have their own internal IT department.

We train your staff and they look after your system  internally with IC providing the second and third line  support to the qualified individuals.
