Keeping you up to speed with IC's Business Continuity Plan

A note to all of our valued, IC customers

Firstly, we would like to take this time to offer our best wishes to everyone who is currently being affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are in for a challenging time ahead, but want to let you know that we and the entire IC team have been busy working to ensure that every part of our network and all of our services are working as they should, business as usual.
 
One of our main focuses currently is to protect all IC staff in compliance with our Business Continuity Plan and we are using this time to ensure that all services from providers as well as our own, continue to arrive to you in the same way as you have been accustomed.

Over the coming days, we will be asking the majority of our employees to work from home as part of our Continuity plan. Whilst we are confident that all parts of our Business Continuity Plan have been tried and tested, we are keen to ensure our operations remain seamless throughout this phase, so please bear with us if we need to take a minute to get any of this process correct.
Some of our staff have never had the need to work from home before so whilst our plan is tried and tested, not all of our colleagues may be.

For new customers awaiting connectivity installations
During this swiftly evolving situation we anticipate that installation timescales may well be affected, but due to the nature of the rapidly changing circumstance we are unable to predict the extent of any delays as this very much depends on environmental conditions. We will of course keep you updated as to any changes in installation timescales as and when we get them from our engineers. 
 
As mentioned, we (along with all our suppliers) have engaged our pre-prepared contingency plans, so we are very much business as usual however safety of our staff, our customers and the general public is of primary concern and therefore some delays may well be unavoidable. 
We would highly recommend as a precaution our customers prepare for this, as they prepare their own contingency plans.
