We have now taken the next step in our evolution through Local Loop Unbundling (LLU), the process of us delivering our own internet connections' for business via BT exchanges. When added to our national MPLS network core and with our aggregation services and interconnections we can deliver the best solutions for our customers.

Mission;

To find the best most appropriate way or carrier to connect to a business premises for capacity and speed, service level and budget and overlay advanced services to provide interoffice and Internet connectivity. This is the foundation to everything we do and vital to get right but too often overlooked in our industry and we strive to educate and empower customers with the right knowledge to get it right.

Internet connectivity is not all that we do ......

IC do not just provide superfast internet connectivity to businesses, we also provide world class unified threat management tools, a state of the art work place recovery suite, on site and cloud hosted phone systems, Microsoft 365 and own and operate a tier 3+ data centre.

Internet Central is a subsidiary company of Goodwin PLC, founded in 1883.  Goodwin PLC has grown substantially with one subsidiary receiving the Queen's Award for Enterprise in 2006 for over three years of outstanding achievement in international trade

 

Position available;

 

PROVISIONING ADMINISTRATOR

Day to day tasks will include but are not limited to:

Ø  Processing customers order’s; ordering services from our suppliers through online portals

Ø  Keeping customers up to date on the progress of their orders and informing them of any changes

Ø  Escalating any issues with suppliers when orders do not progress correctly through web chat, phone call or email

Ø  Handling general customer queries

Ø  Liaising with the sales team

Ø  Working from a task queue to make sure all order updates are processed or cleared

Ø  Reporting to Senior Business systems administrator

Requirements for individual:

Ø  Basic knowledge of Telephony including Lines, Broadband, Fibre, Hosting and VoIP services would be a bonus but not essential as full training will be provided.

Ø  Basic Telephony hardware knowledge such as, Sangoma, Yealink, Various Router types. Again, not essential as full training will be provided.

Ø  Polite telephone manner and positive outlook.

Ø  Good organisational and admin skills to work under pressure, within time constraints and successfully manage multiple tasks/orders simultaneously.

Ø  CRM task Management.

Ø  Good Attention to detail.

Ø  Able to work as part of a team.

In return, we offer a competitive salary dependant on experience and current skill set along with 33 days holiday (inclusive of statutory) and company pension scheme.
