You currently use IPVS for your telephone system and this service is now reaching End-of-Life and is being retired.
It is being replaced with the new IC-UC system.
If you have IPVS telephony with IC, THIS WILL AFFECT YOU
To ensure continuity of your system, we will automatically migrate your services on a specific date that will have been communicated to you to the replacement platform overnight and you will experience an outage from 6pm until 7am the following day.
The products and services will be changing from IPVS to the new IC-UC and the pricing will be different. As best as possible, all licences have been matched up to your old licences but there will be some changes.
As an example of the changes, you will see that the new licences include UK Landline & Mobile calls and a number of new features by default which were all previously chargeable separately which is great news. For the majority of our customers this will see your bills reduce overall. Over the next couple of weeks you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss the changes and how this will affect you.
If you do nothing then the changes will simply happen and your account will migrate and billing will change.
